Bob Sinclar featuring Gary 'Nesta' Pine - "Love Generation"

Released 10th October 2005
Bob Sinclar, renown for his love of black-culture music with his infamous "Africanism" collections now goes slightly ragga with "Love Generation". Its reggae guitar strings, pure niceness beats and a melodic whistling are laced with The Wailers star Gary 'Nesta' Pine's lovely Rasta-man vocals, and Bob Sinclar's "Love Generation" is born. From Bob Marley to Bob Sinclar, Gary's road to reggae icon stardom has seen him mingling in all sorts of musical circles, luckily for us these two had a fluke meeting (via a mutual friend in NYC), and as Gary would say now "it's all love!"
An instant sing-along anthem that'll have house heads digging out their Marley albums in a jiffy, whilst catapulting Gary's sound to whole new captive audience.
With a firm position of Number 17 in the UK Radio Airplay Chart and this week's highest played record at Radio One (level with Robbie Williams) it's more than probable this will do great things up and down the country, crossing the boundaries of reggae and house music.
"One part of the lyrics say everything is going to be alright, once you got that love there in no need for crying, the other thing is why should the children play in the street with broken hearts and faded dreams, that is because the children are not getting the proper direction." Gary Nesta Pine says in his recent Clubbing UK interview.
"The older people are supposed to be responsible, not taking the time to balance their acts in life. Probably some of them are having too much of a fun so that the children get faded dreams, dreams that fade their life and soul into obscurity, into the depths like there is no coming back. They are lost. This is a message to the parents but at the same time to dance and love and feel good. Love is a really good feeling that sometimes just sends shivers that run over you. That’s the way it is and I feel that I have to be kind to everyone, because this is what Jah Says." he adds.
Remixes will be coming courtesy of those Full Intention boys, and lets face it - they can do no wrong, alongside Ron Carroll's "Black Church Feeling" mix and Masters Of Work legend Kenny Dope's "Gutta Remix".
