Clubbing and Festival Reviews Section 2005

2005 saw us slightly neglect some of the UK festivals we'd normally attend. Swapping mud, rain and motorways, for the sunnier party destinations of Miami, Belgium and Ibiza... We have however kept a handful of clubbing and festival reviews available including Tidy's 10th Birthday @ Magna, Get Loaded and Global Gathering 2005.
Tidy 10th Birthday @ Magna Review : Ten years ago, who would have predicted that 2 hard house djs from Rotherham would be entertaining the masses at one of dance music’s most prestigious events of the calendar year. Tidy Magna is held in a 5000 capacity refurbished steel works in their home town. There are 5 stunning arenas spanning over an area the size of two football pitches, and as this was the fourth outing by Clubbing UK we ...

It was overcast and gloomy so I resided myself to the fact this event was always going to be a wet-wash. Bearing in the mind the fact I’d spent the past month in Ibiza, followed by blinding weather at the Dour Festival in Belgium, it seemed only fair.
With Godskitchen venturing into a new league of dance event, a two 2 day, 2 night camping extravaganza with ...
The State of Exit Festival takes place in the picturesque Petrovaradin Fortress, which is an 18th Century Austrian built fortification on the banks of the River Danube in Novi Sad. The fortress offers a magical setting for this social and cultural phenomena that is not only about music, but a powerful symbol of unity and freedom.
Exit was born in the year 2000, from a 100-day long peaceful protest which drew 200,000 people together to vote...
