Groove Armada - UK Tour DatesDates have been released for Groove Armada's Live UK Tour 2002 starting in November in Manchester and culminating in two nights at the Brixton Academy in London.  The last event on 13th December promises to be a night of full on entertainment which will feature surprise guest DJs and support from the incredible Dirty Vegas (a move Mr Pete Tong would certainly approve of)...


MINISTRY OF SOUND - GOING GLOBAL

 

Ministry of Sound Going Global imageThe Nescafe Ministry Of Sound Global Tour (covering a staggering 40 dates) reaches Beirut, then on to Seoul on the 26th & 27th September respectively, swiftly moving on 29th September to Tokyo.

October's dates start in Manila on the 5th, Bangkok on the 11th, Kuala Lumpur on the 12th, Auckland on the on the 25th.  The DJs for this event will include; Tall Paul, Ferry Corsten, Narcotic Thrust and Cosmic Gate...

Dancestar UK Awards 2002Launched in 2000, DanceStar - The World Dance Music Awards are now the world's largest televised dance music event.

 

Born out of the need to build an international, independent dance awards ceremony that would recognise the significant impact of the dance music culture worldwide.  They celebrate the achievements of the main players - DJs, artists, record labels and clubs and now bring the show to the UK shores.
 


SLINKY ANNOUNCE NEW JAPAN CLUB RESIDENCY
 

Slinky have announced the launch of a new weekly residency in Japan for a special exclusive period.  The club is called Cube situated in Shiboura, Tokyo with a 1600 capacity spread over two rooms.

 

The basic idea is to copy and replicate the Opera House in Bournemouth and take it to Tokyo for three months from October to December with the closing night on New Year's
