A Strictly Rhythm classic from way back in 1991 gets a 15 year re-rub from several remixers including Jamie Lewis and Pastaboys, all adding a new dimension to Crystal Re-Clear’s soaring vocal for this Defected Records release.

Veteran House producer Djaimin first teamed up with renowned vocalist Crystal (as featured on Tony Humphries’ Yellow Orange label) on this uplifting cut a full 15 years ago, when the seminal Strictly Rhythm label issued ‘Give You’.

Back for 2006 on Defected, the song sounds as fresh as ever and is now complemented by new mixes starting off with Switzerland’s head of Purple Music Jamie Lewis. Jamie turns in a version that’s been rocking dancefloors for most of the year with its "Get Get Down"-esque piano and bassline.

Other edits come from The Pastaboys who take things typically epic and techy. Those Groove Assassins offer a more pumping main-room sound with old school keys and filters. Djaimin also contributes a rehash still keeping the fantastic early house percussion and horns from the original version.
