Joining Massive Attack and UNKLE at Creamfields, the Warriors talk inspirations and all things Cream.

"Bristol (Dominic) / Devon (Mark)"

Explain the origins of your name?
"A manhole cover"

Who has been your biggest influence and why?
"Wild Bunch Soundsystem because they carved there own path. "

What was the first gig you did and how much did you get paid?
"A dodgy warehouse party and got paid nothing."

What was the most exciting place you have ever played?
"Gorky Park, Moscow."

Who is your favourite act/DJ playing at Creamfields?
"Massive attack"

Your performing on the main stage at Creamfields with the likes of Massive Attack and UNKLE, how does it feel?
"It feels a privilege, cant wait."

What track are you most excited about playing at Creamfields?
"One of our new bootlegs."

When is your next record out and what is like?
"Our long awaited album and its great."

If you could play anywhere in the world where would it be and why? 
"Australia because they love breaks and its sunny."

What would be your 3 desert island discs and why?
"Nucleus 'Jam on Revenge', Massive Attack 'Unfinished Sympathy', Masters at Work feat India 'I Can't Get No Sleep'."

What is the worst place you have ever played and why?
"St Paul's Carnival Bristol, To many moody gunshot rewind requests."

What has been your most extravagant purchase?
"Our studio equipment."

What was the last thing you got for free and why?
"Clothing / sponsorship"

What is the worst thing about being a DJ? If there is anything?
"Lack of sleep and hearing."

Your most embarrassing moment?
"Playing at a festival in Norway when our records failed to turn up.  We had to make do with six borrowed tracks and lots of live sampling."
