Tim Deluxe BMX Bike Crash!

Tim Deluxe is about to play his first gig for two weeks after a bizarre bike accident at Shindig's 11th birthday celebrations.

The mishap occurred when Tim decided to wave at Subliminal chief Erick Morillo, who was performing at the time, by riding a racer bike he found backstage.

Tim explained what happened:

"I tried to pull a wheelie, lost balance and lost control... The bike went over the side of the stage and I went with it."

"There was blood everywhere. I was knocked out for at least a minute and was taken straight to hospital. It was supposed to be a funny trick but it went very wrong. I'm really lucky because I could have easily broken my neck from that height!"

Tim didn't break anything but was badly bruised and scarred from the accident.

His comeback gig will be at Sankeys Soap in Manchester on Sunday 25^th May alongside Underwater co-workers Darren Emerson, Paul Jackson, Paul Woolford, Krafty Kuts and A-Skills as part of the Underwater world tour.
